I understand that this question isn’t the point of this article - but in the graphic of the supine head roll test - there is no 30 degrees of cervical flexion - how important is this to the accuracy/reliability for the test?

Most crucial over head position is do you understand why it is Apo Least and Geo most? This is really the key to the testing results.
